The first step is to carry out a needs analysis in order to propose a course which is designed to satisfy each company\u00b4s requirements. Through regular feedback using questionnaires, we assure that the course meets the expectations. At the end of the course we meet with the companies to confirm that the objectives have been achieved.<\/p>\n
